Upon landlord's receipt of the rental fee, Landlord shall hold the unit off the market pending approval. If approved and the contemplated lease is entered into, the rental fee shall be credited to the required security deposit. If applicant cancels application at any time, the rental fee will be forfeited to the owner as liquidated damages. The rental fee is refunded if the applicant is declined. Keys will be furnished only after the lease and all other documents have been signed and deposits paid. This application is preliminary only and does not obligate owner or owners agent to execute a lease or deliver possession of premises.

We qualify based on the following standards:
Provide acceptable documentation of employment. (i.e. most recent pay stub or tax forms showing income if self-employed)
Provide acceptable I.D. or current driver's license for everyone 18 years of age or older.
Total gross income must meet or exceed three (3) times your monthly rent. (Combined household income if more than one applicant)
Observe the maximum limitations of 2 persons per bedroom.
All persons over 18 years of age must be a leaseholder.
All leaseholders must have qualifying criminal background and residential history.
All leaseholders must have favorable credit. All leaseholders must qualify separately.
