My wife and I have had the pleasure of living at two CASTO communities over the past 10 years (Lakes of Olentangy and currently Glenmuir). Many years ago, I moved to town and did an extensive search of apartments. This lead me to the Lakes of Olentangy. As my wife and I grew out of a one bedroom, we ONLY looked at CASTO communities for our next move. The staff at both complexes were extremely helpful in the decision and search process.
CASTO holds a special place in our hearts. It was my very first experience living alone as I was transitioning from student to professional. CASTO was there when I met my wife, and was the first place my wife and I called home. I can’t stress enough the first-class and great experience we have had for the past 10 plus years. They’re always there when we need something, sending emails that remind us of issues or events in the complex, to the way every employee waves as you pass them. In a world of fast paced lives, the staff still makes it a point to know you by your name. I highly recommend CASTO to every person/family looking for a place to live. However, CASTO is more to me than a just a place to live… It is where I call home!

CASTO has the most wonderful office staff. DeAnn and the girls have always been so nice and helpful. I feel as if I can ask them about anything and they are happy to help. I cannot say enough about your maintenance crew. They’re always there if anything needs to be taken care of. No matter if I am walking down the street or on my way to go shopping they say, ‘Hello, Mrs. R.’.
I have lived here as long as I have because we are a happy community and are in a good area. I have two decks and I can sit outside and enjoy my iced tea. This is the place I hope I will be living in for many more years.

We initially decided to move into our CASTO Community because of the undeniable value. You can’t find this much space for a better price anywhere in town! But five years later, we are still reluctant to leave for this reason and so are many others. We’ve got the best staff in town, a beautifully kept complex, friendly neighbors and frequent resident appreciation parties/giveaways. I found CASTO’s upscale, Vista at Rocky Fork and rented a 2-BR garden apartment. I thought it would be a temporary residence but the longer I stayed the more I enjoyed the amenities and the sense of ‘family’ that developed.
